One Day Before

Choose 1 serving (8 oz.) of the following at least 3 times per day:
           Clear low sodium broth:  Any broth must be strained of any solids.  You may use any type of broth (beef, chicken, vegetable), cooking stock or bouillon cubes.
           Sugar-free Jello; no red color.
Choose one 8 oz. serving, 4-6 times per day between drinking the clear liquid “meals”:
           Water, Crystal light, sugar-free Koolaid, MIO or Dansani liquid water enhancer drops or generic equivalent.
Optional:  One serving up to 2-3 times per day between “meal” times”
            Clear liquid protein supplement drinks Isopure Zero Carb (GNC or Discount Sports Nutrition)  or Cytosport’s Cytomax Protein (Akins Natural Foods in Tulsa) bottled drinks. These drinks have zero grams carbs and 40 grams protein from whey protein isolate.
Optional:  Choose one serving, 1-2 times per day as a snack between “meal” times: Sugar free popsicles. You cannot have  fruit juice bars, sugar-free fudgesicles or sugar free pudding pops. Must be 20 calories or less for each popsicle (no red color).
