Exercise is an important component in achieving your goal toward weight loss surgery. Our exercise specialists will work to identify exercises to improve your cardiovascular system, strength and flexibility prior to surgery. We will create a custom exercise plan to meet your specific needs and goals. After surgery, we will work with you to schedule additional consultations as you begin to lose weight.
Exercise programs are designed to be completed in your own time, and we will follow-up with you are set intervals to discuss and assist with your progress. These exercises are designed specifically for you and will be appropriate for your fitness level.
